Lenses

The Sony 24-105mm covers a stunning range. With stabilization and auto-focus it’s a great choice for handheld or documentary applications. The “holy trinity” of G-Master f/2.8 lenses are perfect for 3-camera interview work, b-roll, and lifestyle footage alike (they are Sony’s top-shelf glass).

For night shoots, interview work, or when the subject really needs to pop, the primes are exceptional. Pair the 24mm/50mm or 35mm/85mm for two-camera interview work. Put the 24mm or 35mm on the gimbal. Or grab only the 50mm, for a timeless look. For macro work, the 90mm and the 24mm Laowa lenses really shine. The other obscure lenses are, well, obscure, and produce interesting effects. All lenses have 0.8 focus gears installed, are stepped up to 82mm, and have magnetized front filtration elements.
